With various flow technique, style, and delivery; Tommy Live embodies the essence & the metamorphosis of hip-hops original foundation with a hint of personal experiences, inspired to embrace his calling as a M.C. He stared rhyming after Kool G Rap & DJ Polo dropped Rags to Riches and The Message by Melle Mel.
Leaving his mark wherever he performs, the community has embraced him as The Ambassador with the likes of KRS1, Rakim, Nas, Talib Kwali, and Red Man. His audience instantly connects with his infectious persona, stage presence, and his ability to tell their lives through music. Having to travel the world on several promotional tours and musical projects, has allowed him to embrace and experience many cultures lifestyles-both witnessing and seeing the unanimous struggle has kept him humble.
As one of the masterminds behind founding/collaborating of other hip hop groups along the east coast, each has made a regional impact (I.F., Co-Op, the Opus) and as the other half of Kings Dominion with radio play and instantaneous support from DJ's, clubs, and the streets. Tommy Live has opened for Junior Mafia, AZ, Da Brat, Trick Daddy, Mike Jones, just to name a few.
Currently finishing his album, Ground Hogs Day, tracks have been tested with great response. Tommy live has been featured on various mix tapes and albums.
