Whilst stumbling around the dirty streets of Tokyo one foggy morning, two musical banditos cross paths. They forge a purely rockular relationship; then and there resolving to take over the world with the pure unadulterated force of rock. Briefly, they realise the necessity of the driving beat behind rock and roll, so they work meticulously for six years to design and build the A.S.H.B.Y 3000 pnuematic drum machine, who soon learns the importance of love, and decides to join the banditos on their quest for granduer.
