Present: Today I Wait is a group of 5 close friends who want nothing more than to do the thing the love, and that thing is play brutal fucking metal/hardcore for as many people that will listen, and share the experiences and ideas they have with others. These days TIW is gearing up for a new stretch of highway in TIW's history as they prepare a new full length CD that will showcase the bands song writing, musicianship and dedication like nothing they've done in the past. Past: Today I Wait started up back in February of 2000 from members of 12 Gauge Therapy, Live With It and Biddy's Love Monkey. All the members originally hail from northern Michigan but Today I Wait has always been a Detroit based band. In the last few years TIW has released 3 CD's on Michigan based Friction Records and toured every corner of the continental US and parts of Canada. TIW has been interviewed in AMP magazine and Pitt magazine, and had reviews in countless others.
