Ever since I wore dipers music has been the most important aphrodisiac. What would life really be without it?

Eurovision Song Contest once stood loud and proud and any song from that show/contest always coloured a self-made mix-tape. Abba and the painted guys in Kiss were huge. So were all the other mainstream songs played on the radio. Basicly I loved every song that everybody else loved. Not very exciting, was it?

Eventually that changed. I wanted something more than the usual 3mins sing a long songs and stumbled over Mike Oldfields Ommadawn. I could never get enough of that album. I also remember my uncle bringing Jean Michel Jarre's Equinox. That album still sounds great!

The eighties were splendid. The pink and mint clothes, the torn jeans, the big hair (I actually once had hair.), and not forgetting the introduction of MTV. Pat Sharp was the man! Best of all was the music; The birth of synth pop, the stadium rockers, the love ballads and the "not so very" heavy bands.

In the nineties I was very into prog music - the obvious Pink Floyd, Genesis, Camel, Marillion but also "less known" Pendragon, Arena and a lot of other acts. In the late ninenties i discovered trance. Ferry Corsten, Vincent De Moor, Armin van Buuren, LSG, Lange, Pulser, Thrillseekers, Tilt, Matt Darey and many others.

In 2004 I started experimenting with sounds myself. I started making instrumental songs, at first very cheesy trance stuff, then more progressive tunes. Then I tried to sing. I say "tried",because when

I listen to some of the old songs now - it's pretty obvious that I didn't quite succeed. From pretty electronic influenced stuff the (rather silly) monicker

To Be None is now firmly planted in the rock/pop genre. It will stay that way.

There will, however, be a page dedicated to the more 80's influenced synth pop stuff. I don't know when, but it's definitily a when and not a maybe.
