Tim Briggs

"Tim started his career in Ohio as the opening act for the rock group Petra, While playing, he also worked as a songwriter for Maypop Music Group, and was asked to play guitar for the supergroup Alabama. He toured the U.S. and Canada with Alabama for 8 years, and appeared with them on numerous television and award shows such as the ACM + CMA awards and Good Morning America. He sang and played guitar on their cd/dvd 'For The Record: 41 Number One Hits,' and the 'Skynyrd Frynds Album,' plus was one of the songwriters on their platinum record, 'Dancing on the Boulevard.' He also has credits on the albums 'In Pictures,' and 'Christmas, 2.' Tim has played with countless musicians and groups in a variety of places and musical styles. These many influences are always converging into his own music. Songs are a snapshot of the moment, and Tim's latest music gives us detailed pictures. His latest, “Another Day” lets us feel optimistic believing that love endures its bittersweet moments, while “15 Minutes” slams society for allowing forms of violence to be confused with political statement.
