"You Gotta Do What Other Won't To Get What Others Can't" Is a motto that Tony "T-2" Tatum lives by everyday. Born and raised in Washington D.C. Tony "T-2" Tatum is a Artist/Producer responsible for breaking numerous Artist from the "D.M.V."

"I was in a performing arts group when I was young. It was one of the thing i felt really saved/changed my life. This teacher named Mr. Cook was a drama teacher at my high schoo & my best freind got me into going & trying out for it "It was exactly what i needed at the time. At 15 I seen my older cousin killed infront of my face, that had a very bad effect on me being so young seeing something like that", The funny thing is he was the rapper I was just a regular kid just living I never really wanted to be a artist, I wrote a rap about him that one of my freinds (S.J.) heard. He said he liked it & thought I had some talent in writing"

He first got he start rapping for local bands in the D.c. area. "When I first started rapping there wasn't many rappers from D.C. Go-Go was the main music so I had to rap at Go-Go's" I started writing/ performing with a local band/ group named "Lissen" my sister was dating a guy named Frank "Scooby" Marshall . "Scooby was one of the most talented musicans in D.C. He took me on tour and taught me how to be a musican also a better performer it was fun because I was constantly meeting famous people so early in my career.

After working on his perfomance S.j. & T-2 started a local D.C. group called "T.H.U.R.O.Bread Ent." with S.J., Mr.Sixx5 ,and finally D.C. Don Juan, then started performing at Open Mics around the Dmv area opening for national acts such as "Lil Wayne, Yung Jeezy, T.I., Trina, Rick Ross, Young Buck & Scarface,

They develop a style of performing critical to their success as artist. Traveling to Atlanta in 2003 & then moving to Denver with longtime high school friend/ N.B.A. player Demarr Johnson in 2005 allowed him time to perfect his style of music and be in the right environment to become more then just an "Average Rapper or Beat-Maker" His signature sound has been sort out by "Do Or Die" the Chicago Rap Group,"D-ward" Rap-a-Lot recording artist from Houston and a list of other Mixtape Credits. He has appeared on 3 "D.M.V" DVD's and a host of Up-n-Coming artist projects.

Producing, writing, & engineering his way into history this "Three-Headed Monster" is a force to be reckoned with!!! Look out for future projects involving this "Multi-Faceted" individual from our Nation's Capital.
