this is Third Degree. From the lyrical depth the soft and subtle "Nothing's Good Enough" to the hard hitting, frenzy inducing "I'm Listening", the band's self titled debut album has something for everyone.
An effort of this magnitude doesn't happen by chance. Tony Raleigh, Tim Reed and Mike Smith have devoted their lives to music, exploring many genres with various projects throughout the years. Meeting in the 90's, they enjoyed success on the road performing with artists such as Toby Keith and Waylon Jennings. Inevitably returning to their rock roots, they've shared the stage with groups like Poison and Candlebox. They have opened for "10 Years" and Buckcherry most recently. The three now play 200 dates a year, showcasing their latest and most promising endeavor, their album. This opportunity is thanks in large part to Jim Wallis of Oblivion Records. Upon hearing Third Degree, Jim established a record label unforeseen, and the four are a team on a mission. The goal?. Global distribution and recognition. There is no if, there is only when.
The men of Third Degree have every component of a history making band. Their songs, their musicianship and their devotion to the trade are undeniable.
