THE SNOBS

The band was formed in early 2002 by former Filibuster front man/singer Jason Boggs, Jerome Stannard, Andrew Marks, Mike Cordano and Matt Winnberry. The Snobs recorded…are cuming EP in June of 2003 with Pat Olgin at Velvet Tone Studios in Sacramento. Stepping Large, Laughing Easy, The Snobs first full length record, was recorded as a four piece over a weekend in March 04’ , and released in July 04’. Thaddius La Rue at Black Cat Studios in Stockton recorded and produced the record. In 2005 The Snobs added longtime friend and 2nd Guitarist Tim McCord. In 2008 The Snobs won a SAMMIE for the Best Rock Band in Sacramento, CA. In 2008 Andrew Marks and Tim McCord left the band to pursue career opportunities in San Francisco and New York. We jumped at the chance to add Zach Goodin AKA "Zippy" to the band. Zach has been handling guitar duties with The Snobs ever since. The snobs have been in the recording studio with Jeff Tamalier at The Track Shack in Sacramento, CA and plan to release a record in 2011.
