The Rootworkers

We are the Rootworkers. This is the next chapter. We play reggae music with the utmost love and respect for our predecessors and pioneers. Influenced, first and foremost, by the foundation of reggae music laid in the late 60s and throughout the 70s. That is the root from which we are the branches, the stem. Taking each members influences (from reggae and beyond) we craft our own distinct style. Our message is charged with songs of rebellion and revolution, as well as love and heartache. Our community (peers and audience alike) are our blood. We play this music, because we love it. We eat, sleep, and breathe it.We give thanks and praise to the highest of spirits and to our fans, our reggae massive.whom support us and fuel us.
