Exploding Out of Tune and on Time on the Melbourne Rock Scene in July 2003 .

Hard , Heavy , Punk , Metal & Garage Rock Sensation The R.I.P Rides!!! was formed by Marty Martin & Unholy Trimboli

with a desire for all things that went BANG at Midnight !!!

Thru numerous line up changes and with alot of help from Love buddies such as Warped and The Shine ,

The Rides were able to continue there assault consistantly upon audiences across Melbourne , Sydney & Adelaide , Playing Shows with such Local Greats as X , Spencer P Jones , Airbourne , The Spazzys , DoomFoxx, Warped , Hellcity Glamours , The Shine , Mustang & Sebasrockets

In January 2004 They entered the St.Andrews Studio to Begin work on there debut album thats been on the Stir for too many beers.

Cris $ Wilson ( Warped , Ian Rilen & The Love Addicts ) Layed down the drum tracks with engineer work done by Greg Long ( Body Jar , The Spazzys , Mach Pelican ) .

With Ben ' Lightning Boy ' Watkins ( Warped, Osterberg ) joining the band ( Live & in Studio ) only to then leave 3 months later the album finally got finished!!!

Later Guitar works were cut at the nortorious Toyland Studio and mixing down the final headache was completed with Fred ' Spector ' Estby

from Stockholm Sweden ( Hellacopters , Gluecifer , Powder Monkeys) . Mastering by Analogue guru Don Bartley Studio 301 ( Metallica, Placebo ) .

The Debut Album entitled " Don't Have Any Love " was released in November 2006 by the In The Dog House Label and is Distributed Australia wide by Riot Distribution. ' Dont Have Any Love ' is currently being played on Radio RRR, PBS & JJJ in the conquest of all things Party , Loving & Proud !!

In October 2006 The R.i.P Rides!!! wrecked Havoc with Swedish Hard Rock Vixens CRUCIFIED BARBARA on a National Australian Tour to Great Success . The Band is currently in preperations for a 7 ep release and a new album just around the Corner !
