Those of you who know me know that this band has been waiting to happen for quite a few years now. I had the idea to bring together a formidable metal band when I started playing guitar almost 7 or 8 years ago. Time came and went as it was wasted by such things as ex-girlfriends and sheer laziness. But things finally seem to be turning up in my favor in the current lineup of what is known as The Reckoning. Its certainly been a long road to this point. Many people have come and gone as part of this project. However, thats all in the past now as it seems the fruition of my dream to get this metal band off the ground is drawing ever closer. With Lance, Trafford and I at the helm, we will be a force to contend with, bringing our brand of heavy music to all forms of listeners. We dont just play to the metal kids or the hardcore kids or whoever else. Fuck the mainstream and fuck the underground. Our music is pure fucking heavy music for everyone to listen to. We play metal for ourselves and the enjoyment of every person we meet along the way. So sit tight and enjoy whats to come, for The Reckoning will soon be upon you.
