The Pynk Labels are a four piece situated in Stockport/Manchester, and draw from a diverse variety of inspirations or lack of. The band's music is likened to the riffs of AC/DC, with the swagger of Oasis and plaster it with the originality and talent of themselves.

JASON ALLEN - A youthful, enthusiastic performer influenced by the moves of Mick Jagger with a very distinctive and powerful voice. His guitar playing is influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page.

GRAEME LONGWORTH - A raw original, influenced by cultured music, from 60s Rock'N'Roll to Manchester Rave. Drumming influences include Keith Moon, Tommy Lee, Ringo Starr and that guy from Kings Of Leon. These drummers are influential because of their unique talent and showmanship. I'm also influenced by performers like Jim Morrison and Mick Jagger!

JAMES FARRLLEY - A strong minded, anti-social person influenced by cool and clever bastards, namely John Lennon, Paul Weller, Liam Gallagher and Oscar Wilde. His guitar playing is influenced by Jimmy Page, Keef Richards and Dave the guitar teacher.

BY HELEN JONES (Clever bitch) "Sounding like bluesy inspired rockers jamming out on stage, before then veering dangerously into pub-rock Quo territory, The Pynk Labels left me confused and bewildered both during and post-set. The fresh faced youthfulness of this band seemed at odds with the dad-rock that they were churning out and the very occasional glimpses of more 21st century indie/blues undertones weren't really redeeming or frequent enough to win me over." www.manchestermusic.co.uk
