The Nuances

Un rock énergique

et poétique, des textes basés sur la relation et l'introspection,

tel est l'univers musical de The Nuances, emmené par sa chanteuse-guitariste

Christelle.

Le groupe

voit le jour en 2005 à Gueugnon, petite ville industrielle de Bourgogne.

Une ville sombre et trop tranquille qui invite rapidement Chris, Yann et Nico

qui se connaissent depuis le lycée, à distiller leur rock un peu

partout dans la région ainsi qu'en Allemagne.

Après

quelques démos, ils décident d'enregistrer un single plus abouti

et rencontrent à cette occasion Willdric Lievin qui leur donnera une

première identité sonore.

La formation

se renforce en 2007 avec l'arrivée de Yann F. à la basse et un

an plus tard d'un nouveau batteur, Julien ; le groupe repart alors sur les routes

et enregistre de nouveaux titres.



L' EP 4 titres eponyme sort en octobre 2009. Deux des textes sont écrits

par Manu (ex-Dolly) : "Tout Commence" et "Des Petites Choses".

The Nuances est actuellement en studio pour terminer le premier album prévu

pour 2010.



A Powerful and poetic rock, lyrics based on relation and introspection, such is the musical world of The Nuances, led by his female singer and guitarist Christelle.



The band was born in 2005 in a small and industrial city from Burgundy : Gueugnon. A too quiet and dark city that quickly encouraged Chris, Yann and Nico who met in Highschool, to spread their rock music throughout their land and even in Germany.



After some demos, they decided to record a more professional single with Willdric Lievin who gave them a first "sound name".



In 2007, the band strengthened with a bass player, Yann F., and one year later with a new drummer, Julien ; then the band leaved on the road again and recorded some new songs.



The 4-tracks eponyme E.P. released in October, 2009. We found two lyrics from the French female songwritter singer "Manu" (ex-DOLLY) on the songs "Tout Commence" and "Des ¨Petites Choses".



The Nuances is nowadays in recording sessions to end the first album which is announced for 2010.
