Guillermo Edghill Jr. (a.k.a. BiG JooN!™, b.k.a. Junior) is a music producer, songwriter, arranger, musician / instrumentalist, recording and mix engineer who has been working in the music industry for about 15 years and has been directly or indirectly responsible for at least 7 acts acquiring record deals. He's worked with some of the biggest and most talented artists (Jennifer Lopez, Ginuwine, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, Amerie, Chris Brown, MIMS), producers (Cory Rooney, Troy Oliver, Sha Money XL, AllStar, Doctor Luke, Davy Deluge, Al West), songwriters (Andre "mrDEYO" Deyo, Max Martin, Makeba Riddick, Gregory Bruno, Shelene Thomas), and engineers (Jose Sanchez, Rich Keller, Franklin Grant, Tony Prendat), in some of the best studios in the United States (The Hit Factory, Sony Studios, Quad Recording, Record One, Encore). Some of his biggest enjoyment is in working with the exciting up-and-coming talent that he's been blessed to work with and know (Antonio Mclendon, Natasha Ramos, Kai Holmes, Keon Bryce, Dallena Moore, Tito Anton, Young Rooney, Alison Warren). Junior plays keyboards, writes songs, arranges vocals, is fluent in Final Cut Pro (the world's most advanced video editing software), and it's been said that he's the best vocal / Pro Tools engineer in the world. Guillermo Jr. grew up in Queens, New York, and started learning music at an early age, with his father, Guillermo Edghill, being a world-renowned Latin / Jazz musician who has recorded and performed with artists such as Tito Puente, Santana, Linda Ronstadt, and was recently featured as a member of The Mambo All-Stars on "The Mambo Kings" soundtrack album. His mother is a very talented singer who he would accompany in church and at different events, and who would encourage and support him in all his musical endeavors. Junior started learning to play his first instrument at the age of six began writing and producing songs when he was a teenager. From elementary school through college he has been impressing audiences, friends, and family alike with his musicianship and songwriting abilities. Now with a new production team, a high-tech studio, and the talents of the best producers, musicians, and songwriters at his disposal, he is poised to take his sound onto the world stage.
