Apple Mountain, our fourth record in four years, is ready for release. Two vinyl records, three sides, 53 minutes. There is a booklet (w/lyrics/illustrations) and a CD included. It will be available December 1, 2010. Check out themountainmovers.tumblr.com for more. There is a button there to purchase any of our last three releases online. Our third record called The Day Calls Out for You (2009) is still available on vinyl with CD included. Mitch Rackin down at Seaside Lounge in Brooklyn put the songs on 2 inch tape. That record has received great reviews including a lovely one from the magazine "Shindig" in the U.K. Our first two records were released on Safety Meeting Records in New Haven: We’ve Walked in Hell (2006) and Let’s Open Up the Chest (2008). You can check out the Terrascope U.K. reviews of those records on this page. We also have a lathe cut xmas single available and a picture disc split w/The Titles (Safety Meeting 2007). Our first record was released in 2006 throughout the U.K. and Europe by Fortuna Pop records based in London. Live, we are sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, but always dynamic, romantic, hypnotic, and entertaining. Played gigs with Dinosaur Jr., The Left Outsides, MV and EE, Wolf Parade, Josephine Foster, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Gringo Star, The Akron Family, and the dynamite Mark Mulcahy.
