Formed in 2006, The Lawverse are not your typical band. In fact, what can be said about a band that claims to write love songs, yet layers choruses with lyrics such as "you just want to love me, I don't really care" and prides itself in an obsession with Zombie Strippers and Jack Daniels. This unhealthy mix forms The Lawverse, four friends from Montreal that are bent on taking the music industry by storm, and if all-else-fails will settle for leaving the party with your girlfriend.



In 2008, The Lawverse returned to the studio for a 3rd time to record an all new EP entitled "Thank You For Loving Me." The Lawverse is here, and they are back for good this time. Lock up your sisters, girlfriends and mothers. What will happen next is for you to decide.
