The Last Americans

Country Music isn’t long lost, it surely isn’t dead, and we're out to prove it. We come from the shrub brush foothills that separate Hollywood and the OC from the Mojave Desert. We don’t think that country music is kitschy or camp or ironic. Indie kids probably won’t like us, but they probably don’t like Buck Owens either. We’re the Last Americans and we’ll tote ourselves just about anywhere to play a set or two for people who haven’t been excited about Country Music in a while.
