The Jack Folder comienza en Septiembre de 2005 con el nombre de "Employed Of The Month" con Jaime (bajo y voz), Popi (Bateria), Pina (Guitarra y coros) e Iñigo (Guitarra). Iniciaron su andadura versionando a grupos como Nirvana, Ramones, Iggy Pop, etc.mientras jugaban al basket.
En Enero de 2006 abandona el grupo Iñigo, permaneciendo, por lo tanto, Jaime, Popi y Pina, quienes cambian el seudónimo de la banda, en diversas ocasiones, hasta que se decantan por el que actualmente observáis.
En Marzo de 2006 consiguen su propia sala de ensayos en la residencia de Popi y comienzan a componer sus propios temas, el primero fue She's Like The Worst, siguiéndole Still Alive, Killer, Overdosis, Good Bye, A Shooting Star, Hope Dreams,Die Starving, Instrumental.
En Septiembre de 2006 realizan su primer directo en la sala Trilogy.
A finales de 2006 y principios de 2007 plasman 3 de sus temas en una maqueta. Tras dicha grabación, la banda retoma los conciertos y los ensayos componiendo temas como: Get up, The New One, feels good (motherfucker), Why?, An Old Machine, Da Igual, My own orgasm.

The Jack Folder got together in September 2005. We were first called "Employed Of The Month" and the original line up was Jaime (bass and vocal), Popi (drums), Pina (Guitar and back up vocals) and Iñigo (Guitar).We started covering bands like Nirvana, Ramones, Iggy Pop and others while playing basket ball.
In January 2006 Iñigo left the band, but the rest of the guys stuck around and we changed the name to The Jack Folder. In March 2006 we started jamming at Popi’s place and writing our own stuff. Our first original was She’s Like the worst followed by Still Alive, Killer, Overdoses, Good Bye, A Shooting Star, Hope Dreams, Die Starving, and a tune called Instrumental.
We played our first gig at a joint called Trilogy and at the end of 2006 beginning of 2007we recorded our first three song Demo. Once finished, we went back to gigging and writing. Our latest material are song like; Get up, The New One, feels good (motherfucker), Why?, An Old Machine, Da Igua, My own orgasm.
