THE STORY:
The Grizzly Peak was an amazing band that had unlimited and incredible potential. Initiated by its primary writer, Adam Stern, as a vehicle for the songs he was composing, he and his new mates set out on an ambitious and highly creative path to the top of the metaphorical Grizzly Peak in the summer of 2002.
Members came and went rotating formations from the summer of 2002 through the spring of 2006. The main songwriters for the band, and the primary composers of The Grizzly Peak's entire catalogue of music are Adam Stern (now of Adam Stern & The Revolution, www.myspace.com/adamsternmusic; www.myspace.com/adamsternandtherevolution) and Will Hauser (now guitarist for Street To Nowhere, www.myspace.com/streettonowhere; www.streettonowhere.com).
Unfortunately, after four years, numerous songs and performances, tensions between the players over commitment, musical direction, style, and originality ultimately proved too much as all members except Adam chose to move into new ventures. The final departure of Will, Stern's primary co-author to "Street To Nowhere," (www.streettonowhere.com; www.myspace.com/streettonowhere), left Adam to stand alone with the music he created and believed in with every ounce of his soul. Ultimately Adam made the extremely difficult & heart-imploding decision to put The Grizzly Peak to bed.
While Will is off touring as a member of Street To Nowhere, Adam is presently forging ahead with new and exciting projects. He is currently exploring a new sound he calls Adam Stern Music (www.myspace.com/adamsternmusic), and is now bringing this music to life with his new band, Adam Stern & The Revolution . . . (www.myspace.com/adamsternandtherevolution). Stern is currently writing incessantly and recording intensively at Zen Seven Productions in Los Angeles. Look for him to finish his highly anticipated full length EP by the fall of 2007, and tour soon thereafter.

From our first demos and shows at Pugs (RIP) in Westwood, throughout the MTV madness, the line-up changes, the numerous stages and shows, especially those cats that kept coming out every Friday during our Brew. Co. days . . . thank you immensely for listening, dancing, and for making it special.
I will always cherish your support in the holiest regard, and I humbly appreciate all the love you showed us, and me specifically. I just want to say thank you with everything I've got. You were instrumental in making The Grizzly Peak the biggest joy of my life. You all gave so much energy and spirit back and really made the whole experience - the highest highs and the shattering lows - entirely worth while. Thank You . . .
