The August Heist

Hey everyone



I just wanted to keep everyone updated w/ happenings of the band, & I figured this would be the best way to inform everybody. Scott, mike, & I have decided to disband for too many reasons to be explained, but rest assured that we remain close friends.



Mike is continuing w/ his exceptional work in production/engineering at 'the pocket studios' in Toronto. He just recently finished work w/ Toronto band, Evans Blue (www.myspace.com/evansblue), as well as some mixing work w/ Canadian giants, Thornley. So be sure to keep an ear out for more of his work very soon.



I have just recently started up a new project w/ long-time friends/ex-members of Emphatic Jordan, Justin, & Scott. We've got a few songs already on the go, & we'll be writing/rehearsing tonnes more over the coming months. We're looking to take this as far as we can, & things are sounding better than ever. I can't wait to share everything w/ you guys!



We also want to wish Scott the best in whatever he decides to pursue from here. I'm sure we'll be hearing something from him soon as well.



Lastly, on behalf of Scott, Dullboy, & myself I would like to thank everybody who has shown his or her incredible support for this band over the past two years. We gave it our best, but unfortunately, things did not pan out as anticipated. I hope that you guys will support us in what we have in store :)
