THE ACTIONS

The Actions, band founded by Marta Argenio and Maurizio Stellato, played hundreds gigs in Italy and UK including MTV On Stage, the Arezzo Wave Festival and the Heineken Jammin' Festival at Imola, opening for R.E.M., GREEN DAY and GARBAGE in front of an audience more than 10000 and receiving a rousing reception at the historic Cavern Club in Liverpool for two consecutive years.
The buzz around the band and their worldwide fanbase are growing day by day thanks to their live activity and the good reviews from international press. Their first album "REAL" has been licensed to NIKITA MUSIC, a Brazilian record label based in Rio De Janeiro and released in all Latin America. In June 2008 The Actions opened 2 dates of the "VASCO ROSSI TOUR 2008" at Arechi Stadium in Salerno getting an exposure to a total of 90000 people. Recently the single "The Real Thing" has been chosen by MTV US and included in the movie "My Super Psycho Sweet 16" O.S.T. airing on October 23 in USA on MTV channels. Now The Actions are featured in the MTV.COM artists among the most famous artists in the world. At the moment the band is writing the second album.
