Tebey is a 26 year old multigenre songwriter. A former Warner Chappell staff writer, he is now signed to Ole Music Publishing. Although he grew up in Toronto, he now calls Nashville home. Tebey signed his first record deal with RCA at just 18 years old, but has spent the last several years behind the scenes as a songwriter working with some of the best in the business. His recent co-writers include Jorgen Elofsson, Kristian Lundin, Soulshock & karlin, J.R. Rotem, The Runners, Tommy Lee James, Carl Falk and numerous hit Nashville writers like John Rich, Tim Nichols, Jim Collins, Neil Thrasher and George Teren.



As a songwriter Tebey is responsible for the number 1 single(s) “Run” by Canadian Idol

runner-up Rex Goudie (Sony/BMG), whose album is certified platinum, and “Let’s Go” by Shawn Desman (Uomo/Sony BMG). He’s also written songs for 2005 Canadian Idol Melissa O’Neil’s debut album (also certified platinum), Universal Music’s Cory Lee, and Dreamworks country music artist Emerson Drive. Recent releases include a Tebey co-penned song on the new Big & Rich record (Warner Bros Nashville) released on June 5th ’07, and the song "Don't Feel Sorry For Me" which is included on the winner's EP of Stefan Raab's Suchte Den Superstar on Universal Music Germany (German Idol). Country artists Tara Oram (Open Road/Universal), Shane Yellowbird (On Ramp/EMI) and Doc Walker (Open Road/Universal) all have Tebey co-written songs on their newest releases. Currently Tebey is in the studio with Delta Goodrem working on her new album set for release in 2010. Tebey continues to travel between Stockholm, Los Angeles and London writing songs for various artists and projects.
