Well, it’s alive and well right here with TANGO DOWN!! A band that puts the show and attitude back into a scene that has been missing such flare for the last 10 years. A band, that will kick your ass with a amile on their face. In the end what does all this mean? How about good ol' fashioned ear-splitting, guitar-soaring, drum-driving bombastic ROCK N ROLL!? This is a band that wears their influences on their sleeve without apology. No trendsetting, ground breaking, thought provoking flavor of the month here. No, this is a bunch of guys playing music like we remember it with bands like Motley Crue, Dokken, Whitesnake and Ratt to name a few. If you enjoy bands like that, then TANGO DOWN is the band you have been hoping for, looking for . praying for! Anyone that says that 80s influenced rock is passé, or that was then and this is now, then they would be proven wrong by this raunchy rock 4 who recently released thier album “Damage Control” on indie label Kivel Records. The band -- with its mixture of old school heavy metal and current hard rock sound -- have managed to sell through their 1st pressing of 2 thousand units in a matter of 3 weeks! They have played with such notable 80s acts as LA Guns, Firehouse, Dokken, Ratt, Enuff Z Nuff, Tyketto and Riot. As well as performed on the main stage at the second annual Dakota Rock Fest with such acts as Skid Row and Bret Michaels of Poison! All while building a very solid following from New England to the Dakotas.



Tango Down promises to deliver hard hitting in your face rock from the opening chords of "All Fall Down" to the infectious rock sing along "I'm Done Lovin You", a song that you will not be able to get out of your head. Rounding out the album are the toe-tapping feel good vibes of "I Can't Wait" and the fist in the air "Radio."
