TALL Drink of Water is: David Lynn and a plethora of musicians from Matt Caldwell and Brian McCain on percussion. Augie Joachim or Gerad Rally on Bass and Zach Fellman on saxophone.

Originating on the MS Gulf Coast, Tall Drink of Water was born in the later months of 2004. Aspiring singer/songwriter David Lynn combined with guitarist Reed Sally to brings his audience to what he likes to call "smoothsexyacousticsoulrock." David is driven with only an acoustic guitar and light percussion with occasional bass and saxophone. Really whatever the job calls for. "We don't intend to blow our audience away," said Lynn. "We intend to capture their ears with a careful blend of smooth sexy acoustic soul rock." The mood at there shows is often set with comfortable ambience. "We want people to feel like they can come and chill with their significant other and have a beautiful time. A sense of mild foreplay," adds Lynn.



David is one of the founding members and songwriter for the Friday Night Gigolos. It is not unordinary to hear quite few FNG songs at there shows . . . that is with a different twist.



We play originals and covers. anywhere from bob marley, talking heads, jack johnson, doors, John mayer, or dave matthews. you never know.
