Hugh Campbell (Trance Authority) is a Composer of Trance, Hardtrance, Hardstyle, Anthem/Arena Trance and other Electronica.



Hugh started creating Electronic music in 1999. After experimenting with many styles of Electronica and inspired by South African Icons Dizzy, whos musical style and overall ingenuity in the field has played a role in defining the sound of Trance Authority and Derek 'the bandit's" Radio Shows on 5fm, that during the time was responsible for some cutting edge and passionate Trance Music, also heard in some of Trance Authorities work.



The Sound is best described as Anthem/Arena Trance, reminicent of the style used throughout the 90's. Blended with a unique African Style and fueled by Psytrance such as Protoculture, Manifold and Skazi. Trance similar to artists such as Dumonde, and Rank1
