Kicking the label off is a split 12” from some of the finest talent around, on the A side comes Hungary’s SKC, a man who’s renowned for his production talents. He offers up the fine slice of melodic dancefloor pie that is ‘Vortex’, a machination of sublimely restrained techno influences and warm, deep bass. Backing that up comes another widely respected producer, this time hailing from Russia himself, Subwave has just achieved massive success with his incredible ‘So Twisted’ on Bryan G’s Chronic imprint and has tracks forthcoming on the mighty Metalheadz. Not that he’s saved his best work for them, teaming up with fellow russian Electrosoul System they roll out ‘Universal Dimension’, a stunning percussive number complete with Dub samples and a winding LFO bassline. A perfect combination of styles on one gorgeous 12”.

For the second and third releases the pressure doesn’t let up for a second either. Another of the Tactile crew, Chris SU steps up to take the reins for 002 while New Zealand’s State of Mind take a break from releases on CIA, Shogun and their own newly formed label to offer SYNTAX AUDIO a massive pair of dancefloor bangers for 003.
