SYNERGY

The new way.



Well the road may be long and winding - but at least it keeps on going. just like me. There have been some pretty major shake-ups with Synergy over the last few months but what doesn't kill you certainly makes you stronger, and one thing's for sure - Synergy is anything but dead.



A new way is on the horizon and 2010 is looking to be more exciting than any year previous. There are great new songs on the way, some European festival appearances and a lot, lot more.



So, what's the plan I hear you scream. I, Jamie Keeling, am now the only remaining member having been severely let down by my ex-band mates. Obviously the search is on for dedicated and talented musicians who live for their music - like me - but until I find those people I fully intend to continue gigging, writing, recording and fucking rockin'. Anyone who sees me live or hears the music on here and thinks they're interested in joining what will be a whirlwind experience then please get in touch as I would love to chuck some ideas around with you and see what we can come up with.



So, how am I going to carry on? Because I fucking love what I do and I will never give up. Where there's a will, there's a way - and i've got all the will in the world. I will be writing and recording everything myself and with the help and expertise of my fantastic producer Ben Millington of 'Ever The Joker'. I will then produce backing track mixes without the parts that I can do myself live as well as the release mixes and this will enable me to play the tracks for you live - or as live as it can be until those right people come along and complete the mix. This situation is far from ideal and to be honest it's a bit of an experiment at the moment - I have no idea how this will go down but that excites me. and i'm full of hope. I've got to try - for the music, for the fans, and for myself. Music is my life and I want to share that with the whole world. So please, come and see me, listen to my tracks and let me know what you think - I love talking to my fans, you guys make all the shit worth while.

Gig Review - Synergy @ Sound Bar in Birmingham - By Hannah Mitchell



If I had to describe Synergy's live performance in one word I would say.POWERFUL! It's not as if I have seen hundreds of live bands in my time (.19 years?) but I am not exaggerating when I say I was transfixed during one song in particular ;)

I remember how impressed I was on hearing their recorded tracks first of all, especially taking into account that the band have only been together for a year I think?! I was looking forward to seeing them perform in the Sound Bar, I had no idea what to expect - but I sat wide-eyed during their opening song, not wanting it to end! Chris does some brilliant guitar solos (which need to be heard :P) and I have already let Jamie know what I thought of his voice! (repeatedly playing their songs on my itunes would be an indication)

Without wanting to sound like too much of a suck-up obviously, I will also say that I loved the bass and the awesome drumming too! They all know what they are doing, and how to capture peoples' attention!
