Formed by guitarist/songwriter *JAN* in 2004, SYBILLA is the only 'new generation' italian Rock band who played the legendary WHISKY A GO GO in Los Angeles during their U.S.A. South West Tour in 2008 (California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma).
They released 3 albums (a 4th is on its way!) each one of them getting exclusively positive reviews from the world wide press.
The band shared the stage with artists coming from bands such as SCORPIONS, GUNS'N'ROSES, CINDERELLA, MR.BIG, POISON, MAGNUM, anti:product and WEDNESDAY13
SYBILLA also appeared in many Radio and TV Shows in Italy and achieved a good amount of attention whilst playing relentlessly hundreds of gigs.
This is the toughest time in the history of the music business, but SYBILLA is sparklingly different and they are ready to bring Rock Music to the next level in a really meaningful way.

Il chitarrista e songwriter JAN forma la band nel 2004 insieme ai "colleghi" WB e Widius appartenenti alla ZAP Band.
La band decide subito di avvalersi del supporto di Stefano "Cops" Coppelli (Elio e le Storie Tese, Vasco Rossi, Fiorello, Negramaro) in qualità di band assistant ed iniziano a susseguirsi la registrazione di un EP autoprodotto (intitolato "Rock Ain't Dead!"), cambi di line-up, concerti folli, decadenza, speranze, delusioni, lustrini e matita nera…
A fine 2006 la band pubblica il full-length autoprodotto "The Invisibile Sandglass" che ottiene soltanto recensioni positive dalla stampa specializzata. I SYBILLA hanno successivamente l'occasione di esibirsi presso il famoso "Roxy Bar" di Bologna, ospitati dal noto conduttore Red Ronnie che realizza anche un'intervista alla band.
Nel 2007 la band vince numerosi concorsi musicali, apre per gli americani Anti:Product, firma un contratto con l'etichetta statunitense Blastzone Big/Bang Music ed inizia a collaborare con la Dead By Dawn Promotions (HIM, Linkin'Park, Nightwish, My Chemical Romance ecc.) per la promozione nella Hollywood Area e molte canzoni vengono richieste per l'airplay in diverse stazioni radio internazionali, a fine anno la band si esibisce anche al MOTOR SHOW di Bologna .
Ad inizio 2008 la loro song "I.N.F.I.L.A. – Song For Mercury" viene trasmessa da Radio RAI, mentre ad aprile/maggio la band si imbarca in un Tour degli U.S.A. insieme ai Tattooed Millionaires, con date al leggendario Whisky A Go Go e al Cat Club, oltre che in numerosi clubs del South West (Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas)
In Texas la band ha modo di esibirsi prima di Eric Brittingham, storico bassista e fondatore dei Cinderella, mentre a Los Angeles i SYBILLA aprono le danze per la All Star Band di Dizzy Reed, storico tastierista dei Guns'n'Roses.
Durante l'estate si susseguono svariati concerti insieme ad artisti come Uli Jon Roth (SCORPIONS) e Richie Kotzen (Mr. BIG / POISON), mentre l'inverno li vede condividere il palco con Wednesday 13 (Murderdolls) e Bob Catley (MAGNUM).
Nel 2009 pubblicano un Promo di 6 canzoni, anch'esso recensito in maniera esclusivamente positiva, apprezzato alla Fiera Internazionale dell'Industria Musicale di Cannes (Francia) anche dal manager di KISS, Motley Crue e Bon Jovi.
Il 2010 li vede continuare imperterriti le esibizioni live e partecipare alla compilation tributo a Ronnie James Dio "Marke Hard'n'Heavy" con il loro anthem 'Burning'.
Nel 2011, con l'ingresso nella band del cantante ReI (Sacred Hell) la band è pronta a tornare in studio per un nuovo album bizzarro, inconsueto e sicuramente fuori dai canoni.In perfetto stile SYBILLA.
La musica dei SYBILLA è uno spirito barocco che rimbalza nella Londra vittoriana inondato di lustrini ed enigmatici occhi di piume di pavone, per ritrovarsi sporcato e graffiante nel frastuono della Los Angeles del Terzo Millennio, tra esplosioni, make-up, ironia, dramma, metallo contorto, ambiguità e dinamismo…
