DESCRIPTION:
Prior to a hydraulic pressure test of the superheater header for locomotive 699.01 all of the various holes and ports need to be sealed. An early attempt using rubber balls failed so the next attempt is to manufacture metal blanks and use in conjunction with rubber jointing.
