in metro Atlanta,Ga. Born “Mario Leon’trez Turman”



August summer of 88 in Decatur,Ga. He moved around a



lot as a kid to places like; Texas, & Germany but



spent most of his childhood in Lithonia,Ga a city on



East side of Atlanta. After moving back home to



Lithonia,Ga from Germany “Mario” quickly found out



he had a talent in making beats. It first started as



just simply beating on the tables at the daycare he



was attending after Elementary school, then



gradually moved into doing the beats to songs from



the radio on tables, kids in school would demand he



do the beat on the table as they freestyle and



eventually getting a keyboard to make real music and



not just noise. After getting the keyboard Mario



fell in love with music even more and stuck with it



through middle school in his music class and onto



high school. People around him noticed that he had



talent and while in high school he made friends with



many artists and started producing seriously in the



10th grade after a friend introduced him to a



production software known as “FL Studio“. He later



hooked up with his brother and a couple of close



friends and they formed the Hot Atlanta rap trio by



the name of “Kountin Fast Cash who he is currently



the in house producer for as he continues to make a



name for his self in the streets of Atlanta. Now



working with artists such as Lil PlayBoii (formely



of CashCamp) now with Soulja Boy’s S.O.D. Money



Gang, & Travis Porter (hottest rap trio in Atlanta



right now) Mario is determined to keep working and



make his way to the top. In the next couple years



he’s gonna be someone to watch in the music



industry, look out for him.



Q - What is a lease?



A - Leasing a instrumental is not like leasing a car



or vehicle. A beat lease is a one time fee of $25



($50 with hooks) which grants you the right to



distribute your song using the beat according to my



terms. You will receive the untagged track within 24



hours of purchase time. I do not find it necessary



to give a leasing contract as the terms are lenient



enough to accept your verbal agreement.



Q - How can I purchase a lease?



A - You can purchase a lease on my page using the



Paypal buttons provided on my page. All you need is



a debit/credit card or use the funds in your Paypal



account. I also accept Google Checkout payments for



leases for those who prefer that. (Note: Sometimes



Money Orders but NOT! Recommened) & NO Checks



Q - What are your leasing terms?



A - Upon purchasing a lease, you may distribute one



commercial/profitable song up to 2,000 units. This



includes demos, mixtapes, street albums,



performances, etc. If you distribute or profit off



of more than 2,000 units, I advise that you purchase



exclusive rights.



Q - What can I do with free downloads?



A - You may do anything NON-PROFIT with free



downloads. They are still tagged for my security,



but you are permitted to use them for performances,



mixtapes, demos. Anything NON-PROFIT. Therefore,



this does not mean “Free Beat”. Free downloads are



typically for listening purposes.



Q - How much are exclusive rights?



A - Exclusive rights pricing depends on the track(s)



in question. Usually ranging between $250-$500,



exclusive rights grant you the ownership of the beat



in it’s entirety. I always give discounts on



multiple exclusive rights purchases. Upon payment,



you will receive a contract stating your rights of



ownership, and the tracked out files in .wav format



via email.



Q - What rights do I have once I purchase a track



exclusively?



A - You are given many rights once purchasing a



track exclusively. You are given over all ownership



of the track, including the right to mix, remix,



alter the track in any way, shape or form. You are



given unlimited recordings and distributions. Credit



must ALWAYS be given to Supa Mario Productionz. You



are however strictly prohibited from reselling the



track to any one else.



Q - I have purchased a lease, but someone else



purchased the exclusive rights. Can I still use the



instrumental?



A - Yes. You are still entitled to your usage of the



instrumental. As long as you stay within the leasing



terms provided, you are entitled to usage.



Q - Do you make custom tracks?



A - Yes. Custom tracks are automatically exclusively



the customer’s, therefore they do not even go on to



my beat catalog.



Q - How much do you charge for custom tracks?



A - Custom tracks are $300 flat fee. This rate will



never change. This is payment for the labor and the



rights all in one fee.



Q - I purchased my lease, but I havent received it



yet. When will I?



A - I am always looking for newer methods to deliver



beats, and their will be a new way soon. I typically



deliver tracks via email as an attachment. This



takes a very long time, therefore, I ask that you



please allow up to 24-48 hours for delivery. If by



any chance it has been longer than this time, I ask



that you simply email me asking for an explanation



before taking any other form of action. I try to



stay within this time slot and sometimes its not



that easy.
