21 year old Marie-claire Langlais a.k.a Suky has been active in the music business since the age of 15. Originally having dreams of being a lawyer, called in a radio station because of a dare for, at the time freestyle friday show with dejay Shine on laser 101 sang on a beat and won. She has collaborated with some of the top recording local artists in her island including Odessey, Poison kat, and Jr.Lion just to name a few. Even so young she already realised the art of networking which caused her to beat out numerous aspiring local artists such as herself to be picked to perform and opened up for numerous international venue concerts on her island, such as Shaggy, Sean paul, Bow wow, Buju Banton, Bennie man, Ziggy, The Ying Yang twins, Barris hammond, and Morgan heritage. She has had three no.1 local hits on some of the most listened to radio stations on the island Laser 101 fm, 92.5 fm, 105.5 fm, 98.9 fm, etcShe has also been featured on various international concerts performing solo and performing lead female vocals for bands such as, The freedom fighters, Roots foundation band, Jah army, and the Bond fire band,
