The Subliminals are a Brighton based rock band and the current line – up have been together since march 2011.
In a short time they have managed to land slots at all of the popular venues in Brighton and having been interviewed by juice radio as part of a TV appearance for Myband TV back in August 2011.
The band have moved through the local scene at break neck speed, also landing two tracks on a feature movie soundtrack 'Pictures of Lillie'.
Genre wise they have been described as 'council estate filth rock' and when asked about their sound " Between guns n roses and the Stone roses".
Anyone lucky enough to catch the band live will be treated to a raw, twin guitar attack, intricate bass lines and soaring lead lines and vocals.
The band have been very busy working on new material and their EP and hope to record their debut album soon.
Jay from the Ez Rollers said the Subliminals are a band he expects to hear on Radio 1, and Terry Bickers from the 90's psychedelic rockers 'house of love' said " the Subliminals are certainly something to look out for this year!".
