STOPWATCHTRAUMA HAIL FROM THE OREGON

COAST, A PLACE KNOWN FOR ITS Lush forests,

picturesque coastal scenery, rugged cliffs, and

vast sandy beaches, but out from the dunes comes a

5 piece determined to shake up not only the coast

but the entire ROCK genre. With Brutal riffs combined with

precise rhythm, chaotic keys, blood curdling howls

and sweeping sing song melodies StopWatchTrauma has

collected a mass of fans from all over the Northwest due to

there energetic stage shows and consistently playing with

the best bands in the area.



So far they have shared the stage with national acts

such as, Rise Against, AFI, Thursday, Underoath, The SmashUp,

The Bled, and Alexisonfire among many others. At there Home Town's

county Fair they entertained over 650 fans.SWT being the only act that

night.Thanks to their dedicated fans SWT won the 2006 DIY battle of the band to play Warped Tour. StopWatchTrauma has had numerous stories on them in print

including the Newport News-Times and The NewsGaurd. They have

received air play on Newport's 102.7 KYTE, and Eugene's

101.5 KFLY as well as being a staple on several

internet radio stations.



In addition to making music SWT prides themselves

with there philanthropic work.Over half of

STOPWATCHTRAUMA's shows between 04-05 we're

benefit concerts helping to raise thousands of dollars

for local and national charities including the Oregon Food

Bank, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and My Sister's place.

Right now SWT is focused on playing show after show after

show, Determined to taste the pavement as frequent

as possible in the hope to earn as many fans as they can

before hitting the studio in late 06' to record there first

full length album. With a handful of labels interested in

releasing the album, STOPWATCHTRAUMA has yet to

commit. One thing is for sure about SWT, they are making a

strong statement. there is a scene on the Oregon Coast.
