News in New Rock and New Metal !? Not possible, point out some. This genre is going in circles, the players of the scene only stamp on the same ground. No ones there who dares to break out. If its like that, then STEREO.PILOT are totally right in time, because the Stuttgart-based Rock band does exactly what is important to do: Let borders be borders and dont care about them. With power, energy and a big amount of intelligence, straight head through the sonic wall…

“Crash to come” is the second studio album – and a definite statement proving exceeding musical borders. Brave, big, modern. The engines are hot enough, STEREO.PILOT are ready to take-off. By the way: Not necessary to fasten your seat belts, because it will be in vain as you will be pushed back into your convenient sofa seats with the power STEREO.PILOT brings on the table. Count on that!

In the latest Line-Up there is no space for any Co-Pilots: Nowadays the crew is the Star. Songwriting is spread to same shares on the four bandheads. With united power, Kai Hölle (Vocals), Alex Adler (Bass), Heiko Krahl (Guitar) and Alexander Menichini (Drums) keep the STEREO.PILOT plane in the right flight lane…

All together, the four musicians deliver extreme power, which leads “Crash to come” through all of the 13 outstanding songs. From the opening on, STEREO.PILOT pull the trigger and hit power & gas. Some riffings, and the band departs… Energetic breakers like in “Paperwall”, “On fire” or “Down for life”, take the bands plane higher and higher. “Crash to come”; this means 58 minutes kerosinbased rock music - full of power in all engines instead of smooth sailing flight style… Over the full length of their album, STEREO.PILOT prove a saying like “since the heydays of grunge rock music has left any kind of tensions” as being wrong – listen to “Crash to come” and you see there are expections. Musically along the lines of Alice in Chains or Life of Agony, Audioslave or Disturbed. Big names, with small worlds lying inbetween; “Crash to come” do not count on supersonic speed, it counts on surprising moments. “We know that we are plugging us between the seats with this album”, declares the band. If someone thinks this is only an album “for the head and not for the stomach”, will be proved wrong, though. The questions of life, answered by STEREO.PILOT in clear musical ways and songs, pointed out and expressed in a very unique way. Lyrics and music fit together perfectly well. With “Crash to come”, STEREO.PILOT finds a way out for New Rock-orientated music out of this cliché dilemma this kinda music suffered over the last few years.

So, welcome on board of the STEREO.PILOT plane – and ready to take off!
