Born on a balmy September day, a new soul entered into our world, and with it, new potential for creating beautiful music. No one suspected the new baby was born with such passion; however, everyone came to realize it soon after her birth. Stefanie may be young talent, but her passion is old.



In her crib, both during the day, and in the evening, her mom would play music for her so that she would relax and fall asleep easily. When the tape eventually finished playing, her mom would tiptoe into her room to check on her. Instead of the 1 year old being sound asleep, with eyes closed she would tell her mother “MORE MUSIC”. Her mother would repeat the procedure.



It was during this time her parents realized music’s importance to this very young child. Listening to music was only part of what Stefanie adored. It became apparent that she loved to sing words as well. The first song that her parents remember her sing was a song called “The Bella” which was a song she made up at around 11/2 years old about her dog, while on a swing at the park.



Family has always helped to nurture Stefanie’s musical interest. Her aunt and uncle noticed her musical talent, so her uncle told her to memorize a song and he would record her in his sound engineering studio. She took him up on his offer, and at 6 years old recorded her first song. Both her aunt and uncle were amazed of her musical ability.



Soon after she completed her first recording, she asked to take vocal lessons. She performed in talent shows throughout elementary school. Stefanie soon was known as “the littlest girl with the biggest voice”. She soon started performing in school choir, musical theatre, and dance productions. Stefanie recorded original music for the first time at 10 years of age. By twelve years old, she recorded a song for a “Sesame Street” television special. She continued with her vocal coaches, and was involved in theatre workshops all throughout high school.



The passion to perform became so strong, that she decided to attend a performing arts boarding school during her last year of high school. The Boston Conservatory was the next step for this talented young singer. While attending The Boston Conservatory, she soon realized that her niche was in Los Angeles, to become an entertainer through singing and songwriting.



Her true musical inspiration has been from recording artists such as Boyz II Men, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and countless others to name a few. She describes her music style as “Pop & R&B with a bit of Toni Braxton depth, but definitely my own sound.”

She has remained passionate about music, holding on to her dream of becoming a successful singer/songwriter.



Stefanie’s drive and determination led her to producer Andrew Lane, whose credits include "High School Musical & Hannah Montana Soundtrack"). "Working with Lane has been such an enriching and creative experience. I have found the best team there is!” Collaborating with Lane, along with his talent and support, Stefanie is bound to have her “voice heard” in a way that attracts a huge amount of music industry attention.
