Spirit Lost is a four-piece band based out of Altoona Pennsylvania. On stage you can expect to hear a mix of original material and cover songs portrayed though the passion of the band. Lead Singer Austin's very dynamic and high level of energy during a show is complimented by the darker Guitar styles of Brian. The thumping undertones of Russ on Bass can be felt as the heartbeat backed by Sam's solid strength on the Drum Set. Lisa (the original drummer) first and foremost always has been and always will be a part of the band but as of recent she has moved to to employment with the best cymbal company Ziljian and we all wish her the best. It is possible to catch her at times at a show here and there as she supports some of her best friends on stage. We miss her dearly and hope someday we may record and perform with her once again.

Spirit Lost has played such venues as Arlene's Grocery in New York City, Crocodile Rock in Allentown Pennsylvania, The Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and The Rock the Ink festival in Providence Rhode Island.

journey continues with the current release of the band’s debut album “The New Beginning” which blends elements of harder modern rock with a more melodic and progressive edge.

Spirit Lost is based out of Altoona Pennsylvania and surrounding areas -- Austin is from Tyrone PA --Brian is from Altoona PA-- Sam is from Altoona PA-- and Russ is from Martinsburg PA.
