Spiral Dance

Spiral Dance is a folk-rock band from Adelaide, Australia whose music focuses on the concepts of magick, myth and legend.
The band was formed by Adrienne Piggott in 1992 and now comprises of Adrienne on vocals, Ingrid on fiddle, David on bass, Nick on guitar, Paul on button accordion and Rick on drums. Most of the songs are written by Adrienne and arranged by the band.
Spiral Dance has toured widely in Australia and the United States and has released seven albums to date, the latest entitled "from the Mist" is a retrospective of the band's best work since it's inception and features 14 tracks including one previously released song.

Spiral Dance wins in three categories at the 2009 South Australian Folk Awards! The band won Most Outstanding Artist; Adrienne was named Most Outstanding Vocalist; Paul was voted Most Outstanding Instrumentalist. A huge thank you to all those that voted for us and support our music.



A new Songbook containing 13 of Adrienne's favourite self-penned songs is now available!



The book shows the full lyrics, musical notation for the melody lines and guitar chords for playing along.



The book also includes details of how the song came to be written, anecdotes, previously unseen photos of the band and other juicy tidbits.
