SPARX. Veronica, Rosamaria, Kristyna and Carolina, are back and better than ever with their most recent album “Con Mariachi Vol. 3.”

This CD features superb emotional and musical interpretations of “Musica Ranchera” which is very apparent in the first single from “Con Mariachi Vol. 3” titled “Celoso.” From the opening mariachi lines, to the last note sung in perfect harmony, this romantic bolero captivates and enchants its listeners with it’s passion. Other songs that can be found on this very traditional CD are “Ahora Vengo A Verte”, Carta Perdida”, Imposible Olvidarte, “Torito Jarocho”, Se Me Fue Mi Amor”, El Herradero”, “Puerta Cerrada”, “El Querreque”, and “La Lampara”.

“Puerta Cerrada” and “Ahora Vengo A Verte” are just two examples of the powerful and sensual vocal abilities exhibited by Kristyna, one of the lead singers of the group. “I just love watching Kristyna sing these two songs in particular because you can feel the raw emotion coming from within her. She makes me feel the meaning of every word and I can tell she puts everything she has into her performance,” said a fan at one of their recent concerts.

“El Herradero” is another outstanding song on this album, which is interpreted exceptionally well by Veronica as she showcases here ability to power through a song with an amazing vocal range. SPARX closes out the record with “La Lampara”, which they say has always been one of their favorite songs. “It is a song that really lends itself for experimenting with harmonies which is something we really enjoy doing.”

“Con Mariachi Vol. 3” is a very complete and traditional CD featuring some of the greatest hits in the Mariachi style. SPARX manages to put a very fresh spin on each of the songs with their unique stand out ability to harmonize in ways that constantly captivate and enchant their audiences.

SPARX… a Latin girl group, are four sisters who began singing together at a very early age. Their career began alongside their brother Lorenzo Antonio, when they won first place in a children’s festival in Mexico City called Juguemos a Cantar.

After a very successful childhood career, the group decided to form the Latin girl group, SPARX. They have become known for their ability to harmonize and create great music, recording a variety of styles of songs such as Corridos, cumbias, Ballads, and Boleros.

This talented group of young ladies, born in Albuquerque, NM, has sold over a million CD’s and they have also toured extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and South America. Numerous songs have rocketed into the top 10 on Billboards Latin charts, and they have also reached the charts of Billboards top selling Latin Albums. SPARX has also been nominated for Billboard awards, Premio Lo Nuestro a la musica Latina, and have received awards from Furia Musical.

With this tremendous amount of success, still the most important thing for them is the support their fans have given them throughout the years. This support is exactly what prompted SPARX and LORENZO ANTONIO to create a scholarship called the Sparx and Lorenzo Antonio Scholarship designed to aid students who have a dream to go to college, but need financial help. They are very proud of this wonderful endeavor.

SPARX remains very grateful to all their fans for all the support and success they have given them. “We love making music and performing our songs for you, our fans. Without you, our dream wouldn’t be possible…” SPARX.
