"Soul-O" raised in Detroit, Michigan, this very talented artist not only as a singer but also as a writer began his career in his early years as a young teen. Music has been a part of Soul-O's life for as long as he can remember and with a set of goals and big dreams, he will be able to climb to the top along with the support of his family, true friends, and fans!

Soul-O brings a new type of music to the fans with a mix of R&B and latin pop. Staying healthy, keeping away from drugs, and living a productive lifestyle is this artist's secret to being the best that he can be! With influences from singers such as Marc Anthony,Craig David, Boyz2Men and many more. Soul-O allows himself to concentrate on what he does best and at the same time giving 110% effort to reach the full potential of his singing career! As far as education, it is a very important aspect of his life. Soul-O made sure he didn't leave that door unanswered and worked hard through college to earn his degree in Law Enforcement. In 1999, Soul-O was signed to Tic Toc records for one year and half where he was part of a group called TAKE 2 (soul-o and victer marquz) and they had the opportunity to work with other artists to produce a CD called "Generation X Freestyle 1" mixed by DJ BAHA and produced by Rob Bolis. In 2002, he started and continued to work with Underground Productions, Kevin Holver, and in 2003 started to work with Frankie Biggs from FBZ who has produced 80% of his first album "The First Time." As for now Soul-O is still working on doing what he loves to do and hopes one day all the hard work will make his dream come true. As Soul-O would say it best " this music business is not as easy as it seems, but if you keep strong and build on what others have to say about you, whether its good or bad, then you can turn it around and use it to make you stronger and turn your dreams into reality BUT most importantly NEVER GIVE UP
