Who is SONICA?SONICA is a progressive metal band, formed in March 2000. Every new band needs a comparison so here is ours: Tool meets Black Sabbath meets Portishead meets Faith No More. Sonica is lead by a strong female vocalist, driven by intense high energy guitar, woven around layers of loops, samples, noises, old analogue keyboards and driven by big arena style drums. This band has what it takes to make it big.

Sonica recently finished production of their second album which was recorded at The Factory Studios (Metallica,Rob Halford, Billy Talent) in Vancouver, BC.
