Social Disease was formed in Vancouver B.C
The band recorded a rough demo in June 2006 that featured six raw but brutal tracks showcasing the bands obvious influences such as Megadeth, Metallica, Motorhead and Judas Priest. Not to long after the release of the demo and with a handfull of shows! Word of mouth was starting to spread and Social Disease was quickly becoming weekend favorites among Vancouver's Metal community. Social Disease have performed throughout the province with top billing and have shared stages with many established acts.



In October 2007 Social Disease released a 5 song E.P with there first single "Love or War" (co-mixed by engineer Dean Maher) The single receiving steady airplay and rave reviews throughout Canada, North America and the U.K.

The band says its influences are alcohol, weed, and pussy; I say whatever it takes to bring Vancouver pure metal rock. The speed and intensity of Social Disease is head banging worthy.
