Hello. I can now announce with a heavy heart that Snow's hiatus has evolved into an ammicable split with our drummer, and thus Snow shall no longer be continuing on as a live entity. If you saw us live, you're one of the cursed ones, but thanks all the same. To all the hopeful promoters who put us on, thank you!

It was your burden not ours. To all the bands we played with, I still refuse to take any of positive things you said to us about our performances as anything other than white lies and polite flattery. We stumbled rather blindly through our material with aching smiles stapled to our beaks. We did not deserve to share your stage.Snow had an album of songs written. This album is now being planned more thoroughly than ever. Informed, you shall be kept.

(The old biography)



We are an unsigned four piece death metal band from Leeds. Our music is progressive, melodic, doom-tinged and from song-to-song original - deducing only the superlative conventions of extreme music.



We formed in 2004 and have been playing live since 2006, slowly gaining a highly regarded status on the Leeds scene.



In October 2008 we self-released a 4 track EP entitled "The Coldest Path". We recorded this with our good friend Johnny Teanby and had the work mastered by Brooke Johnson of The Axis of Perdition. See our blog for a review of the EP. We also used our first turn of profit to make an accompanying t shirt. http://www.snow-music.net .
