SKOLNIK starts in 2005, some years after two Madrid bands split up, Like Peter At Home and Redshift. Terry (drums) and Javi (lungs) both brothers get together to start a new band. They both team up with an old friend to be in charge of the low frequencies (Dani).

They start a search for the right guitar player that could fit perfectly. After different try-outs Isaac was the chosen one.

Influenced by bands like Entombed, High On Fire, Crowbar, Corrosion Of Conformity among others SKOLNIK tries to deliver a blood spilling, gut grinder, head crushing thrash rock.

The band has just recorded their first demo produced by Simon "Sapiens" Gutierrez and will continue touring after the summer across Spain and then whatever comes.

The response from the people has been very positive so far.
