Alittle about me: I first got into the music scene when I was 14, I was on holiday jamming to some dodgy DJ and when I got home all I wanted todo was be one, bac then not many people where into the whole DJ Culture that we have today, I met Hitman who showed me the ropes, and over a couple of years I built up my skills mixing and had got together some half decent equipment and nice collection of vinyl, Back then I was playing Jungle and doing little house parties around Thornton Heath and Croydon with Hitman (Dubstar-DubfaKtory) Chippy, Wisper (Revolution Music) and many other close friends, then aound 16-17 I caught on to the garage bug, started getting booking in and around Croydon playing in clubs like Blue Orchard, Pals, Grannaries, Bud World for thoughs that remember, Joe Bananas were I first started out DJ'ing Back2Back with Hatcha and Profile, although I was still fighting at the Drum & Bass scene, DJ'ing on Soundz FM, Rude FM, Storm FM, Nonstop and a few other, doing sqot parties with Jamma and Running Man, and many more!! after a few more years a started getting booking abroad, playing in Malaga, Toromlinos was a fresh step for me, having up all the Dj's out there with that home town Croydon vibe. over the yours I've DJ'ed next to the best, the first MC i had host my set was Manic B, then after that such others like PSG & DT and a few other soundboys,, I've DJ'ed alongside such heads like Carl "Tuff Enuff" Francis James, Para, Dexter (original Upfront Fm Gang), Norris "Da Boss" Windross,, Stevie B and so many others, I've also met some good friends aswell as them being good dj's/procuers etc, back in my younger days I first met D-fuse, he would follow me to house parties bookings etc, helping me out spinning a few in clubs and parties, back in the day it took alot to impress me, obviousley you've got the riff raff in any line of job, but D-fuse had the spark I had. After a few years the garage scene went abit funny, people started showing no love for it, and the music industry went into a bit of a muddle, I started listening to Hiphop, Grime and R&B, and lifes problems took me over for a while, some stress related issues as I'm alot of people down south can relate to tried to challenge me, but I made it through, I bumped into screwface (D-fuse) who showed me the levels of dubstep, I already new how it came to be, such heads like Ghost I was slamming down there tunes time ago, D-fuse got me back involved with Mixing Records that we all no as the oringinal BIG APPLE records, (Big up John and John dad each and every lol) I started hosting the sets and bring my dubs down along with the rest of the local gang, Shiverz, Lost(Hench) J-Sweet, D-Fuse, NRGEE, Deisel and Iron would breeze down and we had some sick sessions in there, but from then I've been putting the work in 10 times as has hard, locking down anything that will get in my way, me and Hitman formed together a team called Dub Faktory that has been going for a good few years now, catch our show each and every Friday on Cyba.FM (8-10pm GMT) and also the sunday slot (6-8pm GMT) with D-fuse and NRGEE, altough you can catch the full team on most fridays. With regards to production I met Ironsoul (Kromestar) a good few years back and he took me through the basics of building DUB tracks and through the future more advanced techniques, so with that and my previous experience building Drum & Bass it wasn't to long till I joined the Dubstar team along with Hitman as F-One started to build up the label even more,,and have recently left to form a new Label and team with Kromestar, (STAR FLEET RYDERS) but thats alittle about me,, if I've forgot anything or any one let me know, Big ups to every one. Hitman, Wisper, TT Ace, Stealth, Easy Rider, Hatcha, Crazy, Profile, Mikey P, D-Fuse, Chefal, Kromestar, F1, J-Sweet, J 5ive, Quest, Razor Reckta, My old skool stanley boys, Mala, Coki, Sgt Pokes. Big ups to AK47, Underground Ice, Fused Forces, Soul Sinners, Sun of Selah, G Double, O-dessa, MC Dread, Subz (Birmingham gang) Alex Owen (Original Dub Faktory member) Luke Gorden (Pacha) Blitz (Mixing records) Dan Lively, and more.
