SKINNER has been honing their music for over 15 years. A unique mix of acoustics and vocal harmony drives their core sound.



The girls have many musical influences such as Jack Johnson, Nora Jones, Johnny Cash, Keith Urban and Sheryl Crow which can be detected in their wide ranging collection of original songs.



The girls are accompanied on featured tracks by amazing local talents: Mike Montgomery Producer, also played lead guitar and bass on the girls' new, self titled album (to be released shortly). Tom Hodgins on bass guitar and Dave McDougall on drums also contributed much talent. Many thanks to Wayne for additional lead guitar additions as well.



SKINNER recently travelled to Nashville, TN to compete for a spot on NBC's "Nashville Star". The girls were chosen as possible finalists out of 30,000 applicants. The show aims to feature 30 talented country musicians. Producers from the show will be contacting Jackie and Breya within three weeks. Thanks to everyone who made the trip to Nashville a memorable one.
