Introducing skie, a 21 year old aspiring singer/songwriter and producer from the U.K.
Skie first hit the scene back in 2007 as part of D-fam an urban collective movement based in south london. Currently working on material for her future ablum release, skie also studies urban electronic music @ Solent university.
born christmas eve 1986, Skie is the true definition of an 80's baby, being the daughter of a local sound man (jungle man Hi Fi), music of all genres would play through the walls of her bedroom, as her dad was in preparation for his next function to play at. As a member of her church choir it became evident that singing would become more than a hobby for this young lady.
Now working with Noizee House, a london based production company, and a few other producers, Skie is in the studio recording if she's not in the classroom. writing songs based on personal and other peoples experienes.
She has been recently performing around southampton, singing for the Ebony Rockers who where signed to EMI, back in the day.
Skie has worked with artist such as, Marcie Phonix & Hyper, J2k, DJ Ris.
