Shaka Mlikah SistaHailstorm a 25 year old southern native warrior member of zulu nation 206 ,warrior society rebel aliance L.A,ometeohtl & nym from lost aztlan with a life time commitment to our indegenous youth to help open up their perception to our traditional ways through underground hip-hop, graffitti art, urban dance, traditional dance&singing. born and raised in lost aztlan SistaHailstorm started out as a graffitti artist inspired by the artistic talents that run through her father an artist of the oldskool and older sister an oldskool graffitti artist of the early 90's as well as an realitic artist , all the way down to her younger brother who has bloomed into an dope even better then her graffitti artist and realistic artist sistahilstorm also started out as underground freestyler in the inner city streets of northeast lost scandalous (Lincoln Hieghts, East los Angeles,highland Park)
with a rough child hood hailstorm grew up 2 generations in gangbangin, drugs, alcohol,violence in her family decided not to continue gangbangin
and the total genocide that had struck her family hard. hailstorm turn back to her roots for guidance and found it through her strong connection with the youth in her barrio concrete rez ghetto slums.on her mothers side of the blood lines that run back to their original lands . her father native from guadalajara mexico & her mother of Yuma,Arizona &New Mexico carrying the indigo blood lineage of APACHE ,YUMA and PASCUA YAQUI descent and MEXICA MITAKIYAOSIN(all my relations)my PIMA Nations relatives & decendents
her great grandmother Guadalupe & great grandfather Thomas migrated from Yuma Arizona . her grandmother Mary Magdalena Morales with all 7 aunts and uncles journeyed down to california to start life on new lands. After living 6 years behind a church in Watts ,California the family built their own house out of material they had gathered through out the 6yrs on a street called "Arizona Ave" becoming the first native MEXICA,APACHE,YUMA, PASCUA YAQUI family in East Lost Aztlan which at the time was a all jewish neighborhood.
