JimHill Jameel

Make room for JimHill Jameel , ready to take their spot on the urban Hip-Hop scene. With hard hitting down south bounce, you can't help but get amped up listening to the sounds of the JimHill. He’s reppin' the south, Mississippi and Georgia in particular, and want to show that "Da Sip" is definitely having fun and holdin' it down. What does he bring? Variety. According to his sixty artists he produces and engineer for, "What's in my soul, my instinct; that's what flows into that mic." Jameel boasts humbly, "If you want me to drop a hot song, I'll talk about anything, you won't know what to expect, but you will be able to relate because I speak for the people." They know that variety is the key, but the hard-hitting southern bounce is always present. Making there something for everyone when listening to the JimHill Jameel.

The upcoming alburn boasts a mix of that bounce, hard edge southern rap, spiritual motivation, and of course, something for the ladies. Lots for the ladies. Not restricting hisself to one type of music is sure to connect the Sippi JimHill to a wide audience. The boldness to venture into different types of sounds was intentional says JimHill, "I want to show the variety of the south. "I want to open the doors for the Mississippi talent pool, like the Hot Boyz did for New Orleans." Their hooks are clever and the beats are infectious, as shown in "Hen' N Taco" where Jameel says, "In the club throwing Dubs drunk off Hen and Vodka, if that boy keeps running his mouth, I'll knock the meat out his taco."

Growing up in Jackson, Mississippi wasn't easy. Jameel, now 25, left Mississippi for a new life free of hustling and is now happy to be doing something positive. Since JimHill was about 7 or 8, he's been taking care of himself and his brothers and sisters while there mom hustle’s. Although he has seen things that the average 25 year old has not seen, he believes that those experiences are the moving force in his music; giving him a new perspective on life. "You have to go through something to make good music, whether that something is good, bad or ugly, it has to be something." I grew up having rough times and agree that you don't have to be hard all the time. With songs like "Daily Struggle", which combines southern bounce with a strong rock & roll edge, Jameel talks about life, death, and many other obstacles which people are constantly faced with. This openness to share his own experiences will draw people to their lyrics. These rappers from "The Dirty", name as some of their influences, the Hot Boyz, Trick Daddy, 8Ball & MJG, UGK, and many more. Make no mistake about it, he plans to be the next big thing to hit the music industry.

Jameel was part of the group the Sippi Boyz (Tricky, Bad Newz, S.S., and JimHill) for years. They met through mutual friends, and one day while in the studio they decided to do a song together and have been working on music together ever since. They talk, flow and write like they've known each other for years. Apart from rhyming, The Sippi Boyz, have many talents; Jameel plays the sax, and is thriving his skills as a producer, artist, and engineer. While Tricky, Bad Newz, and S.S., has been influencing JimHill to take on the nation as a solo artist to pave the way for the Sippi Boyz. JimHill always looks for artist on the rise to work with and develop their skills and prepare for the rap industry

JimHill has his sights set on blessing the rap game with something new and look forward to making it a life long commitment that will let him share their music with a worldwide audience.
