DJ SIMON SEZ



Club DJ in major demand, official tour DJ for one of Aus’ most respected hip hop groups and internationally recognised, Simon Sez has the game on lockdown.



DJ Simon Sez has travelled a long way in his nine years in the club circuit. Simon is no stranger to the game, having DJ’d at concerts and after-parties for many of the biggest international artists to hit town.



Simon Sez tours Asia regularly where he has developed a solid fan base. His inclusion on the Malaysian club roster began at one of the most well known venues in the country, Zouk KL. Simon played at the Grand Opening and held a weekly residency there over a seven week period and has flown back to spin at Zouk four times since. Simon Sez was a DJ at Zoukfest in 2005 where he played his set in front of a capacity crowd of thousands. Since 2007 Simon Sez has returned several times to KL (both as a solo DJ and with partner in crime DJ A-Style) where he has played at all of the biggest club nights. Simon Sez has toured China three times, most recently with DJ A-Style playing as part of the Bacardi Live series.



In his home city of Melbourne Simon has held down residencies at all of the major R&B/Hip Hop clubs and maintains a number of residencies at some of the biggest R&B/Hip Hop nights in the city including Fusion on Thursdays, Boulevard on Fridays, HQM at Sugar Nightclub and Lavish at Watermark Saturdays and Sunset Boulevard at Ocean Blue on Sundays.



Since taking on the role of official DJ for Melbourne Hip Hop outfit Justice & Kaos, Simon has toured Australia with the group on several occasions and mixed their critically acclaimed mixtape, Fresh Off the Boat (F.O.B.) as well as their ARIA nominated debut EP Turn It On. Most recently Simon Sez has mixed the soon to be released Justice & Kaos Pre-Season Mixtape.



In recent times Simon’s DJ style has evolved significantly away from the traditional Hip Hop and R&B that he is known for. These days a Simon Sez set can include anything from B-More to Electro alongside Hip Hop, all mashed up in an explosive and energetic party set that needs to be experienced in person to be fully appreciated.
