Silver Strande was formed in March of 2007 by their bassist Bill Stahl a veteran of the local music scene. He pieced everyone together through MySpace. After a few hundred emails, he had found some musicians that were all looking to jam. The group first started getting together 2 nights a week with the attitude of let's have some fun and see where it goes. It didn't take long before everyone wanted to take the next step and begin to take this a little more serious. Before long they had learned 20 plus songs and were itching to land a gig. On July 21st 2007 Silver Strande played it's 1st show at The 10 West in Galloway, NJ. By the end of 07 the band had played show's in Atlantic and Cumberland Counties and a following was starting to grow.

2008 began slow for Silver Strande, but as the Summer approached their schedule had started to fill up quickly. Silver Strande can be seen from Cape May to Smithville to Bridgeton and anywhere in between. The band recently just played at The Trump Plaza Beach Bar in Atlantic City.
